Andrew Ferreira is a retired professional baseball player, Harvard grad, thinker and writer. While at Harvard, he concentrated in human evolutionary biology, affording him the experience to learn at an intimate level the subject matter that makes everything in the world make sense: evolution. He spent parts of three seasons in the Minnesota Twins minor league system as well as various independent ball teams before making the decision to retire. Here at Show Me Strength, Andrew concentrates his efforts on developing strategies that allow you to succeed nutritionally and developing the appropriate mindset to succeed at the highest level of professional sports. If you build muscle, lose fat, look better than ever before and develop silverback levels of confidence in the meantime, well, that’s just gravy.
