It feels pretty good when people make you look smart.
A few months ago, Chad and I released our program, “6 Weeks to Shredded,” and were in the search of guinea pigs to test out our methods. I unabashedly proclaimed that the science was too good to fail and seeing results was all but guaranteed.
I was right but not necessarily because of how good the science was. Body transformations don’t happen in a vaccum. Getting shredded isn’t like a computer science program where if the input is correct (the science) there’s going to be a direct correlation with the output (getting shredded).
What’s lost in getting shredded when focusing solely on the sets, reps, and macros is the blood, sweat, and tears that goes into putting in the work. We’ve gotten fantastic results thus far from our shred program. Sure, the science is fucking legit but do you what’s better? Our clients and friends have absolutely grinded their ass off.
“6 Weeks to Shredded” really equates to “Six Weeks of Hell.”
This program wasn’t for the faint of heart. Extreme goals require extreme measures and there was no place for moderation or balance here. Chad and I warned people that we were going to ask a lot from them during the program both mentally and physically. Calories were set uncomfortably low and the workouts really make you suffer.
I’m incredibly proud to spotlight those who have completed the shred program thus far. A big congratulations to you for putting in the work, pushing past the mental roadblocks, and emerging from the darkness transformed both mentally and physically.

I ran the program myself for a little under two weeks before I went on vacation. I set the macros pretty low and ran the exact workouts detailed in the shred program. Not too shabby for 11 days.
