All of the work we have done in our careers up to this point have been the sum of a large quantity of focused effort. Never have Matt, Andrew, or I taken the easy way. We constantly look for the most elite ways to improve our bodies, our minds, and our spirits.
All three of us are at different points in our lives and career at this stage, but never have we stopped pushing towards something better, something that will leave a legacy for others to thrive. This is the idea Show Me Strength was found upon.

We feel like we embody these traits, but they haven’t come easy. Injuries, setbacks, tragedy, and heartbreak are all part of life, and we are here to tell you, we’ve been there…
If Andrew, Matt, or I are going to help you, it will be from the heart. True. And No BULLSHIT. We’ve had those games played on us and it fucking sucks. People telling you what to do and who to be. We have no time for that anymore.
With that in mind, we have a badass, no-bullshit book that anyone serious about their body, should absolutely possess.
In our honest opinion, this is the great white shark of supplement guides. It is clearly at the top of the animal kingdom as the strongest in its environment. Anything and everything that tries to sneak by it will be absolutely obliterated.
