Hey friends. Dropping by to give you your weekly fix of motivation. Hopefully some of you have found the articles and videos that we post moving and inspiring in your own unique way.
I think inspiration is a very personal emotion. Some things get people fired up, while that same movie or article might happen to annoy another. As I’ve grown older, I’ve found different stories and different events motivational in my life, but I’ve come to realize that this strong emotion can come in all shapes in sizes. This is why we try to bring to you a variety of articles or videos you might find that simply hits home.
Id also like to invite you to send us something you come across that you’d like to share with the group of Show Me Strength friends.
If you would, could you email us articles or videos or books or even music that you have found to be inspiring? firstname.lastname@example.org is the best way to contact us Andrew, Matt, or I.
Take us up on this. Hit us up. We don’t want to miss out on anything epic!
Here are this week’s most motivational pieces.
10 questions for Parker Liautaud – This young man is unreal. He recently became the youngest person ever to ski to the South Pole. He traveled nearly 400 miles in 18 days through temperatures as low as -40 degrees. Enduring brutal pain, insanely low temps, and the ever present fear of not making it was something I found greatly inspiring. All in the hopes of raising awareness for something he believed in. I hope you enjoy his interview here.
What is Success? A video from Owen Cook – Super successful entrepreneur, and social dynamics expert, Owen talks about mastering consistency among other things in this awesome video.
How to develop laser like focus and achieve your goals by Robert Spadinger “Laser-like focus means, all your beliefs, thoughts, feelings and actions are fully aligned with your goal. All day long, day in, day out.” I Loved that quote. It makes perfect sense to those of us who really want something bad enough.
To hell with fate by TC Louma – One of my favorite writers, TC, dives into one of the biggest excuses for failure out there, “fate.” LOL! What does it even mean? Better yet, what qualities do the folks who keep picking themselves up and moving forward possess? Find out here in this beauty.
