What an awesome quote from one of the greatest strength and conditioning coaches in the world. It applies to all endeavors. Whether you are a basket weaver or Peyton Manning, the best plow through the boring, tedious and energy sapping work day in and day out. Unwavering. They put in anti-climatic hard work most days out of the year so they are able to use those deposits of their efforts later when its time to shine at the highest of levels.
