What most people don’t realize, however, is that for anything great, there is always a tough tradeoff you’ll need to make before giving your best effort. Putting In The Sweat Equity Vs. Complainers by Zach Even-Esh- I think for humans, complaining feels good. It feels comfortable to rationalize with oneself out loud to get other people to agree with you, and help you settle for something that requires less effort and toil. I see it all the time in the gym. You hear people whining and complaining that it’s too hard. You can see people thinking out loud that its ok to take the easy way. In reality, it takes serious effort and sweat to get in great shape, get really strong, and have bulletproof health.
